Before re-branding as Elusive84, I was steadily evolving the Artboy5884 website. As the preceding site was in need of a massive overhaul, I spent a great deal of time composing a layout and altering the logo. Dissimilar to previous Artboy websites, this template was made to accommodate a content management system.
Tweaks to the logo involved the Artboy section of the word mark being replaced with a subdued typeface. Kerning was tightened and the grittiness of the 5884 was reduced. A tagline was added to signify my direction as a web designer/developer as oppose to an illustrator.
Unfortunately, this composition, which was the last design of the A4 website, never made it to production. However, some of its motifs were used in the construction of elusive84.
