As a web designer and developer, I enjoy taking long walks on the beach, reading romantic novels, and playing a good game of croquet. Sike! I was born and raised in Washington DC, and received my BA in Art and Visual Technology from George Mason University.
Since I was young, I have always been fascinated with illustrations, computers and technology. In elementary school, I use to draw all the time, and sometimes on the walls (which usually got me in trouble). This was also around the same time I was exposed to the wonders of the internet with Internet in the Box for Kids. A lot of has changed since then, but I still retained my desire to blend creativity with technology.
When designing I enjoy seeking an elusive balance between aesthetic simplicity and compositional complexity. Being influenced by urban hip-hop culture, I have found a raw source of inspiration which is reflected in my style.
About the Site
Elusive84 is an experimental playground and personal portfolio for ideas involving design, illustration, and programming. The aspirations of my website are to test ideas concerning the boundaries of XHTML and CSS. It is an evolution of my previous cyber home and identity Artboy5884. This site reflects my new art direction, while still having reminisce of my old online identity and style.
